BRUSSESLS SPROUTS | makes 2-3 servings |

NGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 kg brussel sprouts
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemon/lime

STEPS

  1. cut the brussell sprouts in half
  2. arrange them face up in a baking pan
  3. drizzle a little olive oil
  4. toss whole crushed garlic cloves in
  5. season with salt and pepper and add lemon/lime zest and use a little bit of the juice as well
  6. roast in the oven at 400F for about 15-20 minutes
