INGREDIENTS | makes 8-10 lamb chops |

  • 8-10 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • himalayan salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tsp earl gray tea leaves
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 lime
  • olive oil


  1. dry off your lamb chops to get them ready for action
  2. make a marinade of the following: yogurt, salt, black pepper, earl gray tea leaves, a tiny bit of coriander powder, and olive oil
  3. grab a nice skillet and heat it up well
  4. toss on some butter and immediately add the lamb chops
  5. depending on the thickness of the lamb chops, this can take just a few minutes for each side on medium heat, you are shooting for an internal temp of 165F or so
  6. let the chops relax once both sides are done
  7. squeeze a little lime juice on top
