embarrassingly, as i was making this dish, i realized that i ran out of cooking twine, and thus racked my brain as to what i could use instead.  the best i could come up was dental floss - and that too, mint flavored dental floss, alas.   

this recipe uses ground chicken with feta stuffed in cabbage and topped with a tomato sauce.

you can be creative with the filling here - i chose to make it with ground chicken, but you could just as easily do it with another type of meat or even make a vegetarian filling.
