lemon and limes are always great choices in cooking, but grapefruit, in my opinion is always underrated.  it has a very unique flavor that's almost a bit bitter, sweet, and tart all at the same time.  having said that, it works really well in sauces especially when mixed with something spicy.

grillling shrimp on a well used cast iron pan gives the shrimp a really cool smokey flavor.

the shrimp is au natural, so the sauce really has to pull its weight.
