this original recipe won best dessert in a New York City Iron Chef cooking competition! thanks for all of the support. the name means potatoes and rice. it is a puffed toasted brown rice base with a salted caramel melange followed by a cheese torte and topped with a sweet potatoe almond mousse and served with some classic English toffee on the side. the goal of this recipe was to mix textures and create some fabulous edible art.
