you probably realized that i'm a painter at heart.  add my love of painting and my love of Siggi's icelandic yogurt (skyr) and you get painting with food.  i like skyr because it is high in protein and low in sugar.  think of the yogurt as your canvas, go wild and paint on whatever looks good to you.  

here, i used nectarine, goji berries, coconut flakes, and maisie janes`chocolate hazelnut butter (think of this as a healthier, better version of nutella).  try your version and let me know how it turns out.
