GRILLED LAMB STEAK | makes 3 servings |


  • 3 lamb steaks
  • himalayan salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter



  1. prepare your lamb steaks by drying them well
  2. season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides and pat them down
  3. make sure your lamb gets to room temperature before cooking it
  4. heat up a cast iron grill pan
  5. melt the butter and immediately get the lamb on the grill
  6. turn once and aim for an internal temperature of 150-160F depending on how done you like your meat
  7. take it off the heat and let it rest, it will continue to cook for a few more minutes
