KIWI CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE (V, VG, GF, R)

KALE CUCUMBER CELERY APPLE JUICE | makes 2 servings |

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 kiwi
  • 5 green grapes
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

STEPS

  1. peel the cucumber and kiwi
  2. blend the cucumber, kiwi, grapes, agave syrup, lime juice (don't blend the entire lime), and ice
  3. mix in a 1:1 ratio with sparking water (my favorite is san pellegrino sparkling water), other great option is to use tonic water, or if you want a very light drink, try coconut water.  if you want to turn this into a heavier smoothie, you can add yogurt or milk (or a milk substitute)
  4. stir and serve immediately
