MIXED LAMB CHOPS (GF)

MIXED LAMB CHOPS | makes 2 servings |

INGREDIENTS

  • grass fed lamb chops (1.2lbs - about 12 chops)
  • butter (2 tbsp)
  • berbere spice 1 tbsp
  • tagine spice 1 tbsp
  • souvlaki spice 2 tsbp 
  • greek kebab spice 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • garlic (8 cloves) - optional 

STEPS

  1. dry off your lamb well
  2. rub the spice on both sides of the lamb chops (do 1/3 with berbere + tagine, 1/3 with souvlaki spice, and 1/3 with greek kebab spice)
  3. grill with butter and optional garlic
  4. salt sparingly
  5. cook until the internal temperature is about 150F
  6. let it rest for a few minutes before serving
