PEARL MILLET FLATBREAD (V, VG, GF)

PEARL MILLET FLATBREAD | makes 4 flatbreads |

NGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pearl millet flour (bajra flour)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • water
  • ghee

STEPS

  1. take your flour and add some salt to it
  2. slowly add warm water as you're kneading it
  3. keep kneading, adding more water as you knead to get it to a pliable consistency
  4. make little balls of dough and flatten them out while dusting with more flour
  5. cook on a skillet, while pressing down on it, and flip
  6. rub a little bit of ghee on top
  7. serve with something equally amazing
