RAW SPROUT SALAD (V, VG, GF, R)

RAW SPROUT SALAD | makes 4 servings |

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 cup clover sprouts
  • lime juice
  • crushed red chili
  • himalayan salt to taste
  • black pepper
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

STEPS

  1. toss a little bit of olive oil in a cold pot (blasphemy, I know)
  2. as the pot is heating up, toss in the bean spouts and stir constantly
  3. season with himalayan salt and black pepper
  4. add some coriander powder, crushed red chili, and lime juice
  5. once the bean sprouts soften a bit (you're not cooking them, just letting them soften and grab some of the spices), turn off the stove and add in the alfalfa and clover sprouts
  6. serve cool
