ROSEMARY GARLIC LAMB | makes 4 lamb chops | 


  • 4 lamb loin chops
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 twig rosemary
  • himalayan salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon


  1. make a mixture of your salt, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, and chopped rosemary
  2. set this aside, you will use it later
  3. heat some olive oil on a cast iron grill pan
  4. grill your lamb, but don’t cook it too much because you’re going to put it in the oven later, you are looking to make both sides brown
  5. brush your flavor mixture onto the lamb
  6. flip it over and brush it some more
  7. those some whole garlic on the pan , then cover
  8. toss it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes at 375F - you are shooting for an internal temperature of 160F
