SPAGHETTI SQUASH (V, VG, GF)

SPAGHETTI SQUASH | makes 3-4 servings |

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • butter
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 4 cloves garlic

STEPS

  1. cut a spaghetti squash in half and place it face up on a baking sheet
  2. roast it until it gets soft, depending on the size, this is around 30-40 minutes at 375F
  3. heat the oil and butter and cook the garlic with the sea salt, cumin, and black pepper until the garlic is a golden brown
  4. take out the squash and let it cool
  5. use a fork and scrape the squash out 
  6. put the mixture from above on top 
  7. crush some black pepper for garnish
