TIRAMISU | makes 4 servings |


  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lb coffee flavored mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 2 tbsp of finely ground coffee
  • 1 package gluten-free ladyfinger cookies
  • cocoa powder


  1. mix the egg yolks and sugar and then milk and then slowly heat on stove until it begins to boil
  2. this step will make all of the difference, make sure you whisk the mixture until it cools down, otherwise your filling won't be nice and smooth
  3. stick the mixture in the fridge until it is cold
  4. mix in the mascarpone cheese
  5. in a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla and sugar until you get nice formed peaks, be careful not to over-whip
  6. dip ladyfingers in espresso 
  7. layer the following: ladyfingers, mascaropone, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, ground coffee and repeat depending on how many layers you want
